My experience was very frustrating in the beginning as I had big communication issues with my first case handler (inability to reach her, being bombarded with documents I couldn't understand etc.) However, As soon as the case was handed over to Mrs Zeba Khan, my experience completely shifted. Mrs. Khan preferred phone calls over emails which was great as this gave me the space and opportunity to ask my questions and completely understand what I am paying for. Zeba was responsive, super efficient, professional, and client-centred. She made the whole process super smooth, and eventually, we completed everything on time!
