The legal aspects of my case were faultless, however,the customer service fell woefully short.on two occasions when I tried to phone customer services I was kept on hold for twenty minutes only to have the call terminated before I got to speak to anyone,this was frustrating to say the least.I opted to receive my money by cheque I had to wait 11 days for it to arrive. Good legal service let down by very shabby customer service
