"Incomplete order, no communication "

My order arrived incomplete - 3 soups were missing. We had no communication from PRESS to inform us this would be the case. I am also aware that this has happened to a friend of mine. This is our last week of the 4 week challenge, and I will not be using PRESS again.

But there was a little mishap with my order, so I contacted the Press team and within an hour I had a response from Ami already offering me a solution and some extra treats. It was probably one of the best examples I’ve seen in recent times of great customer service. I care that I didn’t have to jump through hoops, it was easy to get in touch and straight to a person that understood. Not to mention so far the juices, and particularly soups, have been delicious! I’ve been using PRESS Juice Detox’s since I was at university, they’re amazing! The quality of these juices is unmatched! It’s also very convenient to have them delivered straight to my door. I always grab a ginger shot or juice at my local Soho House too. The juices last really well and there’s some great options for different dietary requirements/ health concerns etc. The sugar detox is a really good one!
