Truly excellent customer service! We had a few drinks missing from our order and the team responded to my messages really quickly and went above and beyond to sort the issue out, giving a solution that I was really pleased with. I really can’t fault the service.
The only reason I’ve dropped one star is because I don’t love all of the drinks. Some of the ones included in the couples cleanse are not the nicest tasting. The shakes are really nice though, especially the apple and cinnamon one. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the cleanse yet as I’m only 1 day in.

"I had the worst experience"
I had the worst experience. Some items were not delivered. I was not informed about this. I had to reach out to Press Health Food that some items were missing from the delivery and I was told that it was because they were out of stock. I paid for items, you ran out of stock and you decided not to mention it to me.
Now you want to deliver them,you are charging me another delivery fee to deliver what you were meant to deliver to me the first time. This is robbery.

"Highly recommend- 4 week plan "
Currently doing the 4 week plan and loving it.
I’ve found the meals really filling, yummy and delivery was prompt. I’ve also had a few queries, and the customer service was superb (thank you Yasmin!!). Half way through, and can’t fault it.
My only feedback would be for PRESS to reconsider the mango breakfast option as it’s quite intense (several of us were unable to eat it, and we aren’t picky eaters). Regardless, thanks again to the customer service team who had this swapped out for all my future deliveries after I sent them a quick WhatsApp text.
It’s pricey but worth it, and it’s made me excited to try their other products as well.

I was really sceptical about spending 130 quid for 7 days detox however can honestly say I’m super impressed, it’s not cheap but it’s quality. I enjoy tasty quality food & the soups were amazing. The juices were also excellent. It kept me full - I did top up with an apple a day & fruit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & will use again. Customer service was also excellent & I got called back very quickly.

"4 week program - delivery issues"
Have been trying the 4 week program to break my bad habits and lose a few pounds.
Have got on fine with the products and not felt to hungry.
1st weeks delivery was fine, all arrived on time and as described.
just had 2nd weeks delivery that had items broken and spilt over the other items in the box. 2 main meals were missing too.
The customer service was excellent, once complained then it was all sorted very quickly by Yasmin. Also offered a couple of extra smoothies for the inconvenience.
Well Done Yasmin & Press.
