"Scammers. Search for Their Office Locations and Contact Local Authoroties"

I have booked a flight, and I decided to cancel it due to a change of plans. I've contacted them through e-mails and phone and I agreed to what was stated in the email and they promised to proceed with the refund procedures. It has been more than 90 days since the trip was canceled, the refund has not been processed and the service provider has not contacted me. Every time I contact them they (Egyptians)
respond by telling me we will contact you soon but they never did. I KNEW THEY were scammers and I had to do something, unfortunately, they don't have an office in KSA so I've looked around and found that they do have an office in Dubai. Long story short, I only got my refund after contacting Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai.

"NUNCA COMPRÉIS EN REHLAT"

Hice una reserva en un hotel de Breda (Holanda) para 3 días. Cuando fuimos al hotel 2 meses después, nos dijeron que la reserva había sido cancelada el mes anterior, sin que nadie nos avisara ni nos devolvieran el dinero. Seguimos esperando que nos reembolsen lo pagado. Unos sinvergüenzas estafadores que responden lo mismo en cada mail.

"Rehlat ist ein Betrüger!!!!!! FAKE"

Rehlat ist ein Betrüger!!!!!!! Wir hatten ein Hotel auf Teneriffa gebucht und eine Reisebestätigung erhalten. Ich hatte beim Hotel angerufen, die mir die Buchung gegenbestätigt haben. Bei Ankunft im Hotel lag keine Reservierung mehr vor. Die Buchung wurde wieder storniert. Wir hatten aber weder storniert, noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Danach folgten bis heute, ca. 2 Wochen später, viele E-mails. Es war lt Rehlat wohl ein technischer Fehler und die Rückerstattung wird in 48h angestoßen. Danach wurde gesagt es dauert 10-12 Tage bis die Erstattung da sei, dann wurde an die Finanzabteilung eskaliert etc. Es kamen, aber auch nur auf Nachfrage , immer nur die gleichen generischen E-Mails. AUF KEINEN Fall buchen. Das Unternehmen ist 100% FAKE!!!

"Total scammers"

Rehlat cancelled my booking and is refusing to refund me almost £1000 that I have paid.

These are professional scammer and I don’t understand how they can operate in the UK.

"Es un fraude."

Es un fraude.
Reserve hotel y me lo cobraron al instante, a las pocas horas me dicen que no hay habitaciones disponibles a ese precio y que te pagar un 30% más.
En ese momento les digo que no y me dicen que devolverán el dinero en unos días.
Llevo casi 2 meses enviando correos y no me han devuelto nada, la última respuesta fue q lo iban a pasar al departamento correspondiente.
También dicen que tienen número para clientes españoles pero nadie habla español

"Scam site-Dont give them any money"

This is a scam site. Have prepaid in full for a 5 night booking at a wyndham/Ramada and the Hotel refused to accept guest at 4 am because Rehlat neither paid them nor informed them of the guest arrival. The hotel said this isn't the first time they face issues with this site. There is no proper 24 hr support available which is inconvenient for weary travelers. Rebooked through another ore trustworthy site.

"ESTAFA PROGRAMADA Y ORGANIZADA"

Hice una reserva en hotel en Estambul y la pagué integra hace 9 meses y cuando llego al hotel me dicen que estaba cancelada desde unos días atrás y que ellos nunca recibieron el pago.
Después de horas perdiendo mi día en el lobby del hotel y tratando que me lo arreglen...

Me mandan copia - pegas para decir que fue un fallo técnico que disculpe las molestias.

Ni ofrecen realojamiento ni compensación alguna. NADA.

Son unos sinvergüenzas caraduras, han tenido mi dinero 9 meses para sacar beneficios y luego ya, si el cliente protesta mucho, veremos si se lo devolvemos.

Y ponte un sábado noche a buscar otro hotel en Estambul...

Su email es help.arroba.relhat.com,
pero, si fueran honestos, debería llamarse fuckyou.arroba.rehlat.com.

Se limitan a copia - pegar falsas disculpas y ya está.

Me dan lástima los indios del call center por el trabajo de miedda que hacen.

Que podemos hacer contra esto?
Protestar aquí. Alguna idea más?

"Unethical Company-Stranded at airport"

I purchased a ticket for a flight from Las Vegas to Boston, scheduled for 9:15 am on October 22, 2023. When I attempted to check in for the flight on October 21 through the Rehlat app, I was not able to do so. I planned to arrive to the airport three hours early to ensure that there would be no issue with boarding.

When I arrived to the airport at 6 AM, the airline customer service informed me that 1)the flight was moved from 915 AM to 5 AM 2)the airline had notified Rehlat and 3)that Rehlat was responsible for notifying me.

I contacted Rehlat via phone. The representative confirmed that Rehlat had not sent me any correspondence regarding the change of flight. The representative stated that he could not help book me an alternative flight, but stated that he would "create a ticket" and that a customer service representative would "reach out to me shortly."

I received confirmation that a customer service ticket was created. I responded to the customer service ticket by stating that I was currently stranded and needing to book a flight ASAP, as a delay in their response would prevent me from booking a different same day flight.

After waiting for about an hour, I called again. A representative reiterated that he could not help me and stated that he could not connect me with a representative who had the authority to help.

I booked an alternative flight for 558.20, notified Rehlat by submitting a supplemental note to the customer service ticket, and requested that they refund the cost of the replacement purchase.

I called another time. The representative recited the times of the original flight and reiterated that there was no documentation on their end indicating that a change had been communicated to me.

After four hours, I had received no further response from the company. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the ticket had been forwarded my "email query" to a support team.

Update: As of 4:35 PM, I have not received a response. All remaining flights from Las Vegas arrive in Boston at some point tomorrow. Had I not booked and paid for an entire new flight, I would still be stranded in Las Vegas with no assistance from this company.

"Scammers"

One Hotel booking on 20th Aug 2023. Booking Reference RCO2511763. Arrived in hotel on 7th October and there was no booking. We ve had great difficulty due to this and finding another place. Now we have spent double. Customer service says it's a technical error and will send a refund. Have t received any yet. I will not stop what ever it takes until I receive a refund soon.
