Booked a travel from Riyadh to amman, the company cancelled without a cause, and I have been trying to get my money back for the last month without any appropriate response, just delays..
Very bad customer service, no updates, does not return emails…

In Jul 14 2023 I booked Turkish airline flight from
Tbilisi to Baku through Rehlat when I arrived at the
Airport Turkish Airline staff said we have no record of this booking please contact to your agent when I contacted to Rehlat they said they will refund me within 30 working days which I not yet received, I had to suffer a lot at that day and rebooked an expensive ticket from Turkish Airline counter for the same flight.
Please do trust Rehlat they are scammer.

Pagas ellos cancelan sin avisar, en realidad la unica manera de estar seguro es llamar al hotel porque no te notifican. Te hacen pasar un muy mal rato cuando estas mas vurenable y lo peor es que pides reembolso y te dan la misma excusa, problema tecnico. Son unos estafafores el fundador no tiene foto en su perfil de linkedin ningun telefono que aparace como contacto funciona.
Quizas hay que empezar a planificar una demanda colectiva

They scammed me!!! I payed for one night hotel in their website and when I arrived to the hotel we found out that they cancelled the reservation and kept my money!!! We contact them and they said they wrre going to refund me but that never happened. Our luck was that my credi card was able to help us with the proofs we had and refunded us! But only after 2 months of emails. And on the day of the hotel, we had to book another hotel and pay more. So upsetting!
Time spent on this issue and money, that I did not have any compensation!!!

dieses sogenannte Reisebüro ist ein einziger Betrug, unglaublich das dies seit Jahren funktioniert und die VAR diese Leute noch nicht in das Gefängnis gesteckt hat, die Masche bei mir (und inzwischen bei vielen anderen) Hotelzimmer gebucht, von Karte abgebucht, bei Ankunft im Hotel "die Buchung wurde zurückgezogen" dan folgt eine Entschuldigung "technischer Fehler" Geld kommt in 2 Wochen zurück, Tatsache das Geld kommt n i e zurück, es ist verloren, diese Website sollte verboten werden, die Betrüger verhaftet werden

Ho prenotato e prepagato una notte tramite questa agenzia al Premier Inn di Abu Dhabi International Airport...arrivato in Hotel mi dicono che non c'è nessuna prenotazione a mio nome e dopo varie chiamate mie e dell'hotel e inviato varie mail non ricevo nessuna assistenza da parte della Rehlat. Per fortuna ho trovato una camera disponibile ma l'ho dovuta pagare a un prezzo molto più alto...quindi oltre al danno la beffa! Al rientro della vacanza ho inviato molte mail per avere il rimborso della notte non usufruita....ora sono passati 6 mesi e non ho ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso! Questo dice tutto!

Firstly, I hope people read reviews before using their service because I made the mistake of not and I am paying the price for it.

Like many of the reviews below - I too have been a victim of fraud from this organization. I had flights booked from Oaxaca to Los Angeles weeks before departure and below is a list fraudulent actions by Rehlat:

- The day before our flight, they informed us that the entire flight was cancelled by the Airlines. THIS WAS A LIE! I contacted the Airlines and the flight was scheduled to take off on time.
- Rehlat offered no suggestions or offered any services to book us on an alternative flight. Leaving us stranded without a hotel in a foreign city and no flights to take us back to Los Angeles.
- As a result of the above -> We were forced to miss work for 2 days which as you can imagine is just a terrible look.
- Not only that, I had to spend 1000's of extra dollars to book hotels and last minute flights. So not only did I miss work but it caused tremendous stress fiscally and emotionally.
- I reached out to 6 senior employees at Rehlat after finding their Linkedin profiles and wrote them 4 separate emails and NOT ONE responded -> proves that they simply DONT CARE about their customers.
- To make matters worse -> they still haven't refunded us for the initial flights.

I could go one but I think you get the gist of it all. I am now forced to reach out to my bank (JP MORGAN CHASE) and VISA to report the entire organization as a fraud and hopefully the financial institutions will block their customers for booking on their site.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NO USE THEIR SERVICES.
