All went wrong after spending over a thousand pounds!
Placed my 2nd order on the 14th June and I have been calling and emailing on a weekly basis, with no updates from Reactive Parts whatsoever.
I thought all was good last week when I was told my order will be coming this week (w/c 10/7/23), so on Monday I emailed Reactive Parts for an update but no response.
I called today to be told there's nothing coming this week, and very unlikely for another 2 weeks as Italy (where the supplier is based) will be closing down for holidays)!

I'm OK with a bit of a delay. And I was fine with the 10-15days stated on their website, but a 2 month delay??!!! REALLY???
I've actually paid the instalment towards the purchase but have no goods, what a joke.
WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM Reactive Parts or anything remotely associated with CNCRacing again...
If their website states 'back order' STAY AWAY!

Nope, I was in constant contact. The only contact I received was the 1st initial email when I placed the order on the 14th June, which stated delivery time is between 10-15 days.
I then called last week, and was told someone will call me back, no one did.
I called the next day and was told parts will DEF be here for w/c 10/7/23.
I emailed yesterday for confirmation but didn't get a response, so I called today and was told no parts this week and will have to wait another 2 weeks or until AFTER the Italian holiday which is in August.
I appreciate you're at the suppliers mercy, but honestly just constant (once a week) updates will really make a difference.
I Just hope I now receive a timely refund.
