"Bough a clutch cable that was…"

Bough a clutch cable that was advertised to fit all year models of my motorbike, cable arrived and was considerably shorter and wouldn't fit any model, emailed them back for a refund (product still inside original packaging) they emailed me back once asking for detail then ignored me for a week, I emailed them again, nothing, another week passed I emailed support directly still nothing.

Update: after this review someone helped me get in contact again with the team, they where helpful and explained that racing clutch cables are shorter on purpose, something I wasn't aware off but they where kind enough to still let me refund it, so I updated the overall experience to 4 stars.
