I have yet to receive my order and I have not heard back after emailing the company to get the tracking information for my order as to when it will arrive.

Next day delivery on the items I ordered which were in stock, one item was out of stock but they offered me an alternative size to try with no obligation - this was delivered the morning after we agreed to try. All items very well packaged, excellent communication and very helpful and responsive.
Been using Reactive Parts for years and they seem to have built a highly effective service now.

On ordering my email said delivery in 2 days
Next day and email saying 10-14 business days.
On the 13th business day I was sent an email asking if I wanted a different colour. I said no.
On the 15th Business day I was told no idea when it will be in stock and I requested a refund, and bought elsewhere.
A month after purchase no item and no refund!
I went elsewhere, rubbish company.
