"Quality of service has never faltered"

I've been buying from Reactive Parts for about 6 years now, they've always exceeded my expectations, often delivering things faster than the estimated times.

When I have had an question, there is always someone to give a sensible answer, and help out.

(edited, since my review I have since contacted them and they were very accomadating and helpful, that said a premium product such as a 6D HELMET I think spares, such as a peaks should be as easy to buy as the helmet itself)
I have asked on a couple of occasions about a peak for my sons 6D helmet. No answer, so I saw they answer negative comments pretty quick so thought id give this route a go. Nowhere in the Uk can seem to supply Peaks, yet charge excess of £400 for a helmet. absolutely scandalous.

Took my order but then waited 5days before telling me they had a supplier issue so they would update as soon as they had an update. 4weeks later no part, even though I had asked for a refund so I could purchase else where in the mean time. 5 weeks after initial purchase email to say parts had been received and would be dispatched next day.
Don’t take an order if you can’t fulfil without having to act as a 3rd party!

Extremely disappointed. Waited 2 months to receive CNC part that was scratched a damaged.

I purchased a 6D helmet from Reactive Parts; the price was the lowest on the market. The whole process of purchasing, getting notice of delivery and the delivery itself (next day in UK!) was flawless. Thank you (and the helmet is more than I hoped for!)
