Absolutely terrific, great product, great service.

We started exploring Operto Teams for our Housekeeping scheduling, and have now begun to roll this out. The customer service team is second to none, particularly our account executive Sarah.

We're so impressed with the product, we're now exploring using more of their services, Connect & Guest. The product really feels as though it's been developed by people who use it, and is going to eliminate hours of work for our team.

So happy to have found Operto, as it offers the high level of customization that I wanted, to build out a system where my cleaners see all the information I want them to see, and nothing that I don’t. Tried both Tidy and Turno, that were epic failures for lack of control over the flow of information.

The training and customization sessions that Operto provides were extremely productive, and the software literally creates and provides a workflow that is efficient and comprehensive. I am completely confident that we cannot miss any cleanings, and scheduling has become almost effortless.

My cleaners are very happy with the phone interface and level of information that’s available to them as well. Also with the improved process, and knowing farther in advance what cleanings they will be assigned, and when.

Also happy with the improved transparency, knowing who is where and when, issues reporting, task lists for maintenance, and pay reports. Very much worth the investment if time and money, and feels like my small management company has taken a big step up in professionalism. My owners even notice the difference!
