Order THE-EU49926 placed on February 2nd. The website promises delivery within 24-48 hours. 13 days later I have no news of my order. I have written them 2 emails and they have not answered. It smells like a scam. I do not recommend this store.

Commande THE-EU49926 passée le 2 février. Le site promet une livraison sous 24 à 48 heures. 13 jours plus tard je n'ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Je leur ai écrit 2 emails et ils ne répondent pas. Ça sent l'arnaque. Je ne recommande pas cet échange.

Placed my order with free regular postage and the item still arrived the following day.

Unfortunately one of the batteries in my gloves was faulty. I received a response to my email within about 20minutes and a replacement battery was sent out on next day delivery without question. Hands down the best customer service I've received in a long time!

Service from thermic was excellent. Sadly, product quality has declined significantly from the previous Thermic ski boot heating system. It's like someone who doesn't ski designed them. The battery pack is bulky (much more so than previously) The on/off button is exposed & the heaters can switch off inadvertently if pressure is applied from clothing etc. Rather than numbering the heat levels 1-3, there are flashing lights which you have to memorise in order to know what heat level you are on. Not a big deal but a completely unnecessary & unintuitive change. The changing cable is really flimsy, not the good quality of the previous one.

I could go on, but in summary whilst the heating element fulfils the same function as previously, I am really disappointed that Thermic have produced such a poor quality replacement product. It seems most businesses are going down the route of built in obsolescence and are not building robust products, Therm-ic being no exception. Great service in terms of ordering, delivery & customer service but we'll see how long the various aspects of the product last
