"Abbi's Shoddy Care"

My carer Abbi was supposed to be here for 30mins,she was only here for 5 if that .My food was lukewarm and she left me with filthy pots,she disappeared before I had finished with her.She has left my wardrobe doors open and didn't tidy up after her,she just seemed interested in being in and out ASAP.

"You will be forever complaining and get no where ."

I so wish i saw these reviews first before i employed them .
They came under the top 10 on the richmond website .

They honestly are useless!
i totally blame the training .
The individuals some caring just do not have the experience!
They talk to my mum without putting her hearing aids in first .

First experience with Carers and it was a disaster- one didn’t know how to make scrambled eggs when asked to do so, the bare minimum done .

Do NOT use this company.
You will be forever complaining and getting no where .

"After over four years with this company…"

After over four years with this company and now with a new owner and management, I am sadly disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which they deal with complaints regarding the care, health and safety of their clients. The times of their paid visits are also in question. Some of the staff are wonderful others are not and the care varies from person to person.

"This care company should not when be…"

This care company should not even be running has a care company. Staff unprofessional. Lazy have no digital and respect for people who need help or looking after . Absolutely disgusting. Would 100% not use them again . And I strongly recommend people stay away for this company

"Need to be put out of business!"

This would not have been my choice of care company for my sister-in-law afflicted with Alzheimer's. Unfortunately we didn't get to choose! We suspect they were chosen by the social worker serving that area of West Sussex (Pulborough & Horsham) who thought our relative was 'vulnerable' as she lived alone. Unfortunately we live a couple of hours drive away so cannot be 'on the spot' as much as we would like. Caremark never reply to my emails or phone calls and it is most disappointing. Surely it is best if carers are in touch with the relatives in a partnership looking for 'the best interests' of the client/patient? My relative has some friends who visit every three weeks and unfortunately, despite our instructions, the carers refer everything to these friends instead of to us. We have tried in vain to explain the situation to Caremark but they're just not bothered! It is mortifying to find ourselves cut off from a relative by a pair of friends and the Caremark carers. At the end of last week, the then carer shouted and swore in my face (not Covid aware) yelling at me in front of my husband and in-law that, and I quote, "I needed to bl**dy zip it", making the appropriate gesture across her own mouth. Clearly she was stressed and had had enough - but that's Caremark's fault as a bad employer and it shows the sort of repercussions that could occur with a patient. This carer was peremptory in her tone with my in-law and I was not confident about leaving her alone with this woman. I am still awaiting Caremark's apology or other response after I phoned them on Friday. I won't hold my breath for that. Look elsewhere, don't use these people.

"The Solihull branch is pure filth run"

The Solihull branch is pure filth run, they make people work all hours when you clearly let them no you want a set rota. They underpay & constantly have a chain of emails going through the system that care people are requesting not to go to certain clients!! it’s one thing after another with this place there clients are calling in refusing to have certain workers in there homes as there made to feel unease there call times are not true to what is in the planning and both client and carer are suffering there Mileage & shadows paying are absolute jokes.
They really do give you the bravado of how great the company and the appreciation of you are but once your getting started properly soon as your in than” straight away it’s basically on your own nothing gets done. They sit around on there fat asses all day eating & making idol chit chat & moan when you make a complaint they do not make you feel valued. The whole management team needs shutting down they all might especially mr Herkesh talk the talk but they do (NOT) walk the walk there are so many proud very experienced very loyal and caring company’s around please think twice about settling your loving beloveds with this flight of stairs above a coffee shop sham of a place. Think about your family’s. Not there pockets you only have to look at the managements healths behind the screens to see they need the support and classes than poor little victim lady’s & men

"Friend of service user"

Absolutely shocking carers apart from a few. Laughing and raising their voices at my friend who is experiencing dementia, complete lack of understanding and patience, not fulfilling their job specification ie, pouring a whole cooked dinner into the dustbin without a liner and putting a liner over the top. The carers I have experienced have seriously lacked motivation and could seriously do with a long course in the principals of dementia care!!!!
