"Dreadful and dangerous"

Only gave 1 star because there isn 't a no star option.
This company is dreadful. Puts rotas before client safety, hasn't got a clue, and treats feedback with contempt and lies !
So very sad I trusted my Dad to their care for a few weeks.
I am happy to discuss in more detail if anyone from Head Office wants to chat !!

If you are looking for CARING PROFESSIONAL company/agency, don’t go there. They are rude, unprofessional, staff untrained, they will promise everything but reality will be different. Company have poor standards, need lots of improvements (via CQC), town council should NOT recommend this company to clients and in my experience they did! Look elsewhere. Especially in Harrogate. I deeply regret to hire them. Waste of time and energy.
