"Excellent value"
We bought our tickets online for the Freestyle pass which turned out to be better value than we could ever imagine. Three days hop on hop off bus & ferry plus 3 attraction tickets. We then got free comedy store tickets & a free ticket for Ripleys believe it not all for $114. Saved a lot of cash.

"Good tour of New York"
A good tour of NYC taking in many sights. Most of the tour was in the comfort of a mini bus. The river tour was excellent and a good way of seeing Liberty Island although we didn't stop there. The lunch stop was fairly rushed though as the guide was keen to show us some extra sights that he thought would be of interest. We chose to do the Top of the Rock later in the week as the ticket was valid for a month. I would definitely recommend this tour.

"Statue of Liberty"
We planned this trip at the very last minute and it was worth every cent! The cost wasn't outrageous like most things are in New York. We got a great close up tour of the Statue of Liberty, as well as othrer well known spots. The guide was entertaining and very knowledgeable I would recommend this trip to others!

"The worst Tour in NYC..."
I was very excited to end my last day in NYC with a scenic and what i thought would be memorable tour of NYC. I asked my hotel to please recommend me a good tour company. I decided to buy two tickets for Night On the Town tour, operated by Gray Line New York. When we arrived for the tour we were informed that dinner was no longer provided on the cruise. At this point, I had no choice but to agree to continue with the tour. I asked the individuals there if the tour would be offered in different languages and everyone said yes. for some reason the bus they had couldn't accommodate everyone on the tour. So we had to wait for over 35 minutes for them to get another van. No information was provided to us until I told them I told them that it was unacceptable for the tour to start so late and that I wanted a refund. They assured me it wasn't going to be much longer and that a refund was not possible. I told them that if I would have been 5 minutes late they would not have waited for me nor refund me the money. The tour guide stared at me blankly as he did not care. The van finally arrived and the fun began. Our tour guide started arguing with the van driver about why he was late. The tour guide had no idea where he wanted to tour to start and the van driver asked him if he should drive fast as we had to be at the Marina by 7:30. The van barely had gas and the driver picked up his cell phone three times in the short drive from the pick up location to the Marina, interrupting our tour. Our tour guide also decided to check his phone wile giving us a quick tour of where we were driving. Once we arrived at the Marina I asked him about the devices used for the tours that allowed your to listen in other languages, he told me that this specific tour was only in english. I told him that at no point anyone had said that and that I wouldn't continue the tour because my friend did not speak english. There were also other individuals who said that they were also under the impression that they had the option of listening to the tour in the language of their choice. The tour guide simply said no and walked away. While we were waiting for the boat tour, I became very upset when the tour guide said that we could do whatever we wanted as we had tickets to go to different places in NYC and that the tour was mostly for the transportation to and form this spots. more like a hop on hop off type of tour. When I called the 1800 number for assistance I was told that a refund was not possible because the tickets were non refundable. So I decided to take a cab back to the location where I got the tickets and request a refund. At first they did not want to let us in because they were closing, but after insisting they let us in. The manager took down my information and said there was nothing he could do about a refund. When I told him that he had to do something as I did not get what I paid for he took my tickets back and information and said he would process a refund. Another individual also walked away from the tour. The individuals I encounter were more interested in inviting us to breakfast at Wyndham for some kind of investment meeting they had next day than our satisfaction. Would never recommend this company. I have also asked the Marriott Hotel not to recommend them to their hotel guests.

"There was not ample planning for Black Friday"
I waited at a marked stop while I watched 3 pass me by only to be told to go 2 more blocks down and around the corner. The line for GrayLine was long and only 2 ppl would get on or off at any one time. I waited for over an hour between the two stops only to be told to be patient due to Black Friday. I would have assumed they would have anticipates the eztra people and had more buses running to accoubt for the excess. many were upset over this.

"value package"
The hop on hop off bus is great for getting around NYC. The Brooklyn Tour was great specifically due to our guide. The only drawback is a poor sound system on the bus which means you miss some of the commentary. As a side note, we were given free passes for Via a shared ride service. Thank goodness it was free because we couldn't get it to work.

The package deals are great, and the options given of the locations you can visit are great too.
