"Terrible quality, bad return/exchange policy"

We found a really cool ring zirconium with a whiskey barrel inlay, but the ring fell apart after 1.5 months of wearing it for 8 hours at an office job. Quality is terrible and this company’s return/replacement policy is very restrictive. They gave us “an exception” to exchange with another ring because we certainly didn’t want the same ring or another with an inlay. We spent $600 on the first ring and got a replacement worth $200. I would never recommend to a friend or use this company again.

Fell Apart After 10 Days My wife bought me this ring, and at first I was really excited. I thought the whiskey barrel and meteorite was a neat combo. Unfortunately, after 10 days of wearing the ring, the wood is literally falling off the ring and in other parts, its pulling back. The edges are super sharp too. I didn't wear the ring to work or do anything extreme with my hands, never wore it in the shower or out in the rain. My wife contacted Manly Bands, and they basically just blamed me and said my hands are naturally oily and that's what caused the ring to fall apart, which honestly seems ridiculous. If a ring can't stand up to natural oils that your skin produces, I can't imagine it'll hold up to much else. We wanted a refund, but manly bands refused and only offered a store credit. I don't have much faith in the quality of their products after my experience with the Lynchburg. On top of that, it's really limiting to find a replacement on their website, I don't want to spend more on a new ring, and if I pick one that's cheaper, my wife will be losing out on the money she spent since they won't refund the difference. I left a review on their website last week, surprise surprise, it doesn't show up when you look at the reviews of the Lynchburg. So I'd imagine they're either cherry picking reviews and deleting the other ones, or the reviews on their website just aren't real. Steer clear of this company and don't trust the reviews on their site.

I ordered a wedding band for myself recently, but realized that the address was incorrect, going to home instead of school. I followed their instructions, and emailed them but to my surprise, a crappy AI responded, and directed me to contact "customer support" but gave no way to do so, or to reply "agent" to speak with one. I tried agent, it didn't do anything. When I looked for that support, it didn't even exist on the website. They had only one email (the AI one), no phone number, and a chat feature. I then tried the chat feature, hoping to actually find a person. To my greater frustration, the same AI began talking. When it prompted me to talk to an agent again, asking yes or no, I said yes and it responded as if I had said no. Finally, after several minutes of me trying to get it to let me talk to a person, I told it I wanted to cancel the order. FINALLY it said I should talk to a person about this, and said it put me in the cue. After waiting quite awhile, no one responded. Go figure. At this point I am very angry, as I need a ring for my wedding that is coming up. As a former first responder (which they have discounts for), I am quite upset at this service.

Another issue: On the page where I bought the ring, it said that there were FREE returns, and a FREE WARRANTY. But then, when I went to the cart, I see a fee of $55 roughly added for the warranty and free returns.

Now, if you want to improve, get rid of that darn AI feature, or get a programmer who knows what they are doing. AND TEST IT YOURSELF so you can see if a customer is going to get frustrated by it. Also, STATE CLEARLY what you mean by your warranty, and explain why there is a cost for something that you CLAIM to be free. I do want to buy from y'all, but if you don't step it up, your customers are going to stop being customers because they can't talk to a person.

You can buy the exact same rings on Amazon for way cheaper. Return policy is difficult and customer service is very poor. Would not recommend to buy rings from here.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, cannot recommend.

We ordered a ring nearly seven weeks ago and finally received it today. The site suggested sizing down for a comfort fit and we did.. and it's too small. So we tried to follow up with them based on their policy that they will provide a free trade in if your ring size isn't right.. but that's BS. They were happy to sell us the ring, take nearly two months to deliver it and then they put the ring on clearance and don't have any more on stock. The only options provided were that we would need to trade it in for a different ring or pay a fee to send it back as a return.. so now we're trying to return the ring and the website is redirecting us to exchange it whenever we get to the final step of the return process. This is a mess.

We're ordering from someone else. Contacting customer service was a joke as well. NEVER order your ring from this company if you have any concerns about sizing or time. We're now less than two months out from our wedding and need to find a new ring.

Update Manly bands has stepped up and our honoring there quarantee. Thank you Manly bands.. Do not trust this company they will not honor there own perfect fit guarantee. They told us to sell it on line and buy another one. They do not care about you once you buy.
