This is a very useful site when one comes to market one's house and has to face making endless phone calls to endless agents to ask about their commission and tie-in periods etc. Difficult to know where to start and this site solves that problem. Also puts you in touch with agents who are keen though obviously it doesn't reach all agents in your area. Found the site invaluable and a great time saver.

"Very slick process"

I had never heard of this service but found it whilst searching for estate agents. I had in mind to assemble a list of local agents and then, through gritted teeth, waste a Saturday morning by visiting them and obtaining costs prior to selecting an agent.

I did all of the above through the netanagent website and had selected a local agent in a very brief period without leaving my desk. Excellent service all round.

I was quoted a very small fee, but when the agent cam around they charge a considerably higher fee than that quoted. - NOT GOOD
