Having had various experiences with the usual big named Estate Agents and not overly impressed with the service received, I looked on-line for an alternative. The site was simple to use and I just put in a few particulars of the house I'm selling. Within no time, a list of Estate Agent quotes were received with what service they would provide and costs. Although I didn't opt for the cheapest, once I had decided, I clicked a button to request a valuation and within half an hour I had a phone call from the Estate Agent and was round within the hour. Well impressed.

For those with little time, I found the netagent service second to none, it is my opinion that it matters not which estate agent you use, if someone wants to move to your area then they are on rightmove, so the colour of the board doesn't matter, what does matter is the cost of the agents services, and netagent lets you do this easily, simply and quickly. What is surprising is the amount you can save which will certainly put a smile on your face.

All I had to do was write the details of the house I'm selling, they did the rest! I requested x 2 estate agents to come & value my house. . . & the next working day I had the estate agents on the phone!

Netanagent made it very easy to find an appropriate agent in the area. The response from the agents we asked to value the property was swift showing that they valued this approach. Just a little sad that some local agents registered with netanagent did not respond, but that was not the fault of the organisation.

Really useful website, sends your requirements to agents who then contact you once you've selected them, gives you a good idea of what different agents offer and their fees etc.
