Great little tool for comparing a number of different estate agents, it was mainly online agents that came back to us but one local high street agent also quoted. The quotes were all back within 24 hours and I had two out of my three chosen agents contact me within half an hour pf requesting a valuation. I would definitely recommend this service to other prospective sellers.

I have used netanagent and have got friends to do the same. Its a great idea and it really does do what it says it will. Within a few hours of posting my property i had a few quotes (all being quite competitive) by the end of the 48 hours i had 11 quotes. 2 of those quotes came from internet agents, which i hadn't really considered and the rest from agents in my area. So not only did it save me time it saved me, i reckon, 0.5% on the fees. Now thats a lot of money. Really impressed and i have been spreading the word. Well done Netanagent!!!

Really easy to use and the website does not pass on your details so you avoid unwanted calls. It gives you a list of estate agents for you to compare on commission and services they offer in an easy comparable table. I would highly recommend it to anyone and it only takes a few minutes to set up.

Finding the right agent through NetanAgent couldn't be easier, After registering I selected 3 tenders and opted for the middle quote SmartMove Peterborough who impressed me immediately with their knowledge of the local market and ability to pick our the properties strengths. "A very useful service"

This was a very quick and convenient way to get lots of very competitive quotes from letting\estate agents. I was able to find an agent I would never have known about otherwise who let my property within 24 hours for a very competitive fee.

One improvement to the service would be a way of asking further questions of the agents who tendered quotes - as it stands you have to go on the information supplied at the quote stage and then chose based just on that.

Recommended and I would not hesitate to use netanagent again for a letting or sale.
