Netanagent was very easy to use. I just put in a few details about the house and quotes came in from various agents. Interesting than not many large/national agents popped up though - still had to have them to the house for a valuation before they'd give me a price unfortunately.

"Waste of time using this service"

Received 4 quotes, 2 from internet based agents which we already have, 2 from local agents ,local agent refused to honour quote ,wouldn't advise anyone to use them or netanagent as the estate agents they are contacting/doing business with are not honouring the quotes they send you so what's the point in using netanagent..This has been a very frustrating waste of time. The simple answer is go straight to the agents and save yourself the Hassel and don't bother writing a honest review as they only with hold it. The question was what has it been like to use netanagent and not the estate agents but using netanagent and the response from estate agents go hand in hand as presumably they have signed up to the service and the point of using this service is to get a good and honest deal with ease of use etc and although the estate agents can be dishonest you cant write an honest review about who they are because they cry fowl play and get reviews taken downed., so much for an honest forum.

I'm very impressed with this service and will be recommending your site to family and friends. This is much easier than calling the agents individually, and I like that I have been approached by several online agents as this was an avenue I was hoping to pursue. I'm surprised it has taken so long for someone to come up with a 'Compare Estate Agents' service!
