"Good quality, but service could be better"

Very convenient and good quality boxes for moving, good customer service though the delivery/pickup service could be better. The delivery is not to the front door, but the front of the building which is inconvenient. For the pickup, the service did not show up, so I had to reschedule.

Tussentijds, na een half jaar, kon ik nog enkele spullen laten ophalen en toevoegen aan de opslag. Klantenservice via de telefoon ook erg goed en professioneel.
Ali die de spullen kwam afleveren, was een echte toppen. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, vrolijk en op tijd.
Top ervaring dus.

Ich war mit der Abfertigung des Auftrags sehr zufrieden, meine anfänglichen Fragen wurden kompetent und zügig geklärt. Die Teile wurden sorgsam verladen und behandelt, die vereinbarten Termine wurden im Zeitfenster geliefert und die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit, höflich und freundlich. Auch als ich ein Missverständnis verursachte, war man sehr entgegenkommend. Würde die firma jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Sauter-München

Made the order and didn't receive my boxes or any update upto 4 days after I made the order and the. It took a week to basically get any response to emails and even more to get my money back.

- Update : Boxie tells me that I had not filled in my address in the form and that they tried contacting me .All Lies.Firstly - How can it be that their own website where I made the order has a feature where the address apparently was not filled. But the order was completed with the debiting of full amount from my bank ?
Secondly - This is absolutely false because I have the confirmation email from you where I can see the full shipping address in it with the same billing address.
Thirdly - No contact was made until I personally had to reach out to you to ask where my order was.

If you made a mistake just accept it. Do not make up lies.

"DECEITFUL, DODGY AND DIRTY"

I want to update the viewers on my experience with Boxie24 Storage.

I hired this dodgy company and had part of my goods delivered on the 16th October. They damaged pieces of my furniture, lost a mid-century cabinet, TV and bike. It is now the 6th November, with no resolution!!!

I have emailed them, called them several times only to be hung up on.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DECEITFUL!!!

"Boxie24 is absolutely god-awful"

Boxie24 is absolutely god-awful, unethical and not worth your time or money. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and threaten to report them to the FTC, DCWP, and Attorney General’s Office in order to get my own belongings back. During delivery, they broke and damaged several items, left all of my stuff outside, gave me someone else’s stuff, and didn’t return everything I had in storage. I had to spend two months out of my life (and I’m a full-time student) dealing with these jerks who initially refused to even apologize. It wasn’t until I posted reviews and reported them that they actually offered a refund (which I never received) and offered to find my missing items, which they said they would deliver only if I took down my negative reviews—which is ILLEGAL and coercive. When I refused, they said they’d deliver my stuff on a Thursday, then NEVER SHOWED UP. I had to call them like I’m their mother in order for them to correct their wrongs. Finally, after weeks of dealing with these psychopaths, I got my stuff, but they did not give me the refund they promised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"Empfehlenswert -- wenn es nicht ganz schnell gehen muss"

Die Idee ist super: Umzugskisten, die vielfach wiederverwendet werden, und direkt zur alten Adresse geliefert und von der neuen Adresse abgeholt werden.
Den Preis fand ich für die Menge an Kisten und der Mietdauer angemessen. Die Kisten selbst sind ausreichend groß, in gutem Zustand und lassen sich ggf. auch verschließen.

Die Kommunikation zur Terminvereinbarung lief anfangs etwas ruckelig. Zum Teil hat es mehrere Tage gedauert, bis ich eine Antwort erhalten habe. Später lief das aber reibungslos. Ich musste die Mietdauer um eine Woche verlängern, was allerdings überhaupt kein Problem war.

Die Lieferung erreichte mich zehn Tage nach der Bestellung. Wer die Kisten also sehr schnell benötigt, könnte an dieser Stelle Pech haben. Rechtzeitiges Buchen ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Über das genaue Lieferdatum wurde ich zwei Tage vorher informiert. Am Tag selbst gab es ein Zeitfenster von 9 bis 15 Uhr. Etwa 20 Minuten vor der Lieferung wurde ich telefonisch informiert. Menschen, die alleine wohnen und tagsüber nicht flexibel arbeiten können, sollten das bedenken. Allerdings hatte ich keine Einwände gegen den Lieferzeitraum, deshalb weiß ich nicht, inwieweit man den Lieferzeitraum während des Tages mitbestimmen kann.

Insgesamt ist die Mietoption von Umzugskisten bei Boxie24 also empfehlenswert, wenn man sie rechtzeitig bucht.

This is a terrific concept and my dealings with the company were professional and timely. The people delivering and picking up the boxes are friendly and helpful.
