Dealing with these people has been a nightmare.
Bought an ebike (Cyclotricity Stealth 1000w) at the start if the year there. After waiting more than 5 weeks for it to arrive, the pedal fell off on my second outing. The bike was clearly made of parts from Temu, so requested a refund. After a LOT of back and fourth, with a lot of gaslighting thrown in from their end, a refund was offered under the condition that I paid the postage (which i now understand is not the burden of the customer due to being sold faulty goods).
I was unable to get a courier to take the package because of the weight and battery component so decided to fix the issue myself and resolve any other issues which were sure to arise as the bike was made from very cheap parts.
After a number of other major issues and being treated very badly by the manufacturer, I finally got fed up and contacted Pedal and Chain for a refund.
When they finally decided to reply they told me a lot of lies like being out of warranty (which i am not as it is electrical goods and still within the year of purchase) along with a lot of other word salad nonsense they are trying to claim as valid issues not to return the heap of junk they sold me.
I’m so sick to death with this cowboy outfit and I know for sure they are going to put a smart-Alec response under this review. I am refusing to communicate with them any further as they have been nothing but uncooperative liars this whole entire process. Will let the court process deal with them in the new year.
AVOID this company if you expect any kind of aftercare after your expensive purchase.
Edit: Just like I said, smart alec word jargon. How is the whole bike not covered by warranty? Do you know how ludicrous that sounds? You sent me out a new controller box without the lcd screen (which took months) then when i finally got the lcd screen the screws were missing on the back of it leaving me with no way to attach it to the bike. You offered me nothing, in fact, you never replied to my last email with all my questions after you refused me a refund.
The bike has less than 500 miles on it. I have been unable to service it because you guys have had the parts one way or another for the best part of a year. I got 3 months on this bike because the pedals fell off it after one outing and after getting new pedals the controller burnt out then the new controller ruined the battery.
Your customer service is pathetic and i can’t wait to have my day in court with you cowboys.

Currently trying to get a refund which has took nearly 5 months to sort out as they sent me a faulty bike (it literally had not working on the box they sent) they are now trying to charge me for intially sending the bike and also returning the bike even though they initially said they would cover it. Awful company don't ever deal with them they take ages for them to reply to emails. I am thinking I will have to take this to court.

These are really good people to do business with. Their website is very well laid out and the range of bikes available for purchase is very impressive. Their customer service prior to purchasing a bike is exceptional, and on the occasions I had to leave a message, they call you back very promptly. Their knowledge of the 6 bikes I enquired about really gives you confidence that you are getting the right information to make an informed decision. The purchase process was simple and straight forward, and in my case all concluded with 10 minutes, its that slick. I made a grovelling plea for the best delivery time possible as I was about to go to Ireland and left it a bit to the wire to get another e-bike, so get this I ordered my bike on the 11th of September, and it was delivered by Fedex on the morning of the 13th of September. You cannot knock that for post sale service, (Thanks Rex). I highly recommend Pedal & Chain to anyone wanting sound and informed advice prior to purchase, and brilliant customer focused support post the purchase.
