I was a bit sceptical at first. It was a lot of money and I had to leave my phone with Daniel. Have to say he did a great job! Feel like I’ve got a new phone. Would recommend.

Getting my screen fixed was made so easy with ismash in Lakeside. I was told the repair would be about 3-4hrs. The last tests took longer than they expected but they called me to keep me up to date which as appreciated. Would definitely recommend

"Quick and reliable job"

Took my iPhone 11 to the Metro Centre branch as I had a smash front screen and my battery was on its way at out.
My screen and battery were replaced within an hour and a half.

Naf also cleaned my speaker and charger port for no extra charge, and a discounted screen protector.

He explained that the iPhone would state the battery is not a genuine Apple one which I expected. The full service cost me £129, compared to the £300+ I was quoted from Apple. Would definitely use these guys again.

Great service. Used the “mail in” service to send phone for repair. I messed up the order and told them the wrong phone model so they ordered the wrong screen, wasn’t an issue at all, they sorted the right part and turned it around in a day. Thanks ismash

The guys is this shop are absolutely brilliant and have fixed my daughters phone twice. Would definitely recommend this place. The customer service is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them.

"Good and bad"

They did a fast and tidy screen replacement but the screen protector they fitted was terrible (finger print sensor was never reliable and touch accuracy was poor). I now know this is common with thicker non-Google certified Pixel 7a screen protectors. They tried to fob me off that it was fine and I was wrong. A later replacement screen protector off eBay works perfectly so it was iSmash's screen protector at fault and they were wrong. Their "they know best" attitude, even when they were wrong, has lost my trust in them.

Such a great experience, a very fast and friendly service. Great price too. Will definitely use again, but hopefully not needed.

"Replacement iPad screen loses Apple Pencil functionality"

Went online, booked an appointment 40 miles away to have an iPad Pro screen fixed at £255. Arrived on the day at the shop, told that Apple Pencil will not function after the screen repair!!! Had I not mentioned the pencil as they took my iPad they would not have told me!!!

Not mentioned before booking or paying a deposit. 1 hour journey there wasted, screen still cracked.

Customer services were pretty useless and repeated that this is true, Apple Pencil won’t work with their screen replacements. Said they are working on it!

Not helpful, afternoon wasted and as a company they are less than transparent before booking you in.

Check, check, check before booking and getting a repair.

"I required a new iPhone battery so…"

I required a new iPhone battery so booked an appointment. Easy to book online. The technician Tommy Beard (Sheffield) fully explained the process and asked if there were any other problems. I explained that I had a problem with the phone camera and Tommy said he would look at it. An hour later I collected the phone. New battery plus Tommy had sorted the camera problem and cleaned the phone up. He stated that I was also entitled to a £5 discount. I can honestly say that the service was excellent and Tommy was an excellent representative of ISmash. I have referred others to go there as a result. Thanks
