"I learned my lesson. "

I couldn’t find a heating stove that met my specifications locally or on the internet until I came across Aaron who found exactly what I wanted at a significant savings over everything else that I had researched. I spent a lot of frustrating time searching and was about to pay a lot more locally for a heater that had more than I needed than it had features I wanted. The free shipping was icing on the cake.

"Just What I Needed!"

I was able to get the part I needed at a very reasonable price. It did take a litter longer than expected for it to be shipped and received. Overall a very positive experience!

"Fast customer service, Quick, shipping time"

So initially, this would have been lower stars because For some reason I didn’t get the email that said they shipped my product, so I had thought that they had not shipped it yet. But I reached out to Their customer service by email on a Saturday morning and John got back to me within one or two hours, with the news that my product had shipped and with a tracking number, and the information that it would arrive that evening. Which it did, and the part is exactly as I expected. So it actually took less than four days from when I ordered the part to its arrival by USPS.

Good OEM product. Fair price. Shipping was a little slow, but it was not an emergency situation. If I needed the product ASAP, I might have used Amazon.

"Very poor customer service"

Very poor customer service. Have sent at least 4 emails & text of a toilet that was received that was scratched with no response from anyone. I have left several vm with no response. I've spoken to MJ several times who indicates he will take care of the issues but he does not respond. Now I'm going to my bank to write a complaint and get a refund.

"Broken toilet; no one answers"

Sent a broken toilet - box fine, toilet broken. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, text or email. I was going to order more, but never again.

UPDATE: They finally called back telling me that since my contractor didn't open the box within 14 days, I was out of luck. They called again and told me they'd work on it and get back to me later that day...3 days ago.

UPDATE UPDATE: I never heard back. In fact I got a "we received your text" reply in December from a text I sent in September...and nothing else.

I reached out to Toto who said that since their reseller Plumbers Stock repackaged the toilet before shipping, they couldn't help.

I saved thousands and ordered and installed Kohler.

They sent a damaged boiler. I filed claim with photos. They said to bad. $22,000 I'm out. Maybe we should all file a class action law suite???
