My 1-gallon of coil cleaner liquid came spilled in the cardboard box, the box was all wet as the plastic bags inside the box had somehow leaked.
I emailed the company and Ann from customer service sent me a replacement 1-gallon jug with no questions asked. I was totally satisfied.
