My son is using HomeBox for organising and paying for his various utilities at his shared student accommodation and Chloe Mart at HomeBox provided great help in order to get some of the issues sorted out. Chloe was very knowledgeable and prompt, and provided specific and clear information to resolve my queries. The only negative point was that I am abroad trying to contact HomeBox was challenging - I called the mainline many times and it was only answered once. It was only when I had Chloe's direct dial that I was able to get traction and she managed to get the issues resolved.

**Review for Home Box**
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Home Box. I paid for their service, expecting my bills to be handled as promised, but they failed to follow through. Despite my payment, my bills were not paid, causing me significant inconvenience and stress.
I reached out to customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I feel let down by the lack of accountability and support.
I will be warning my relatives and friends against subscribing to Home Box, as I would not want them to go through the same frustrating experience.
