I recently moved to UK and I didn't know anything about the tax and utility services. I booked a telephone appointment with Ittria team and Ms Georgia explained everything very nicely and patiently to me. It was of great help, especially for me who moved in recently. Honestly they're a joke
At the start they didn't set up our gas/electricity, probably because they changed which company we were using 3 times, and despite continuously uploading every bill from EDF they didn't begin to pay until well after a debt collection agency started sending me letters
Now I've stopped using them, it turns out they've paid nothing towards my water bill despite my payments to them towards it for the 12 months. They say they have, I've spoken to the water company who say they haven't received any payment or contact at all and now I'm getting ghosted by billing better (for almost 2 weeks now) because I'm asking them to sort it
The energy company that does supply us seems to have no knowledge of us ever living here and have the wrong meter details
Overall they're unhelpful and pretty useless at doing the things they're meant to
Avoid, just do the bills yourself, it'll be easier
