"Ordered a tinker bell dress on 10/3/23…"

Ordered a tinker bell dress on 10/3/23 for Halloween. Never received the dress, tracking number doesn’t work, there phone number is disconnected, no response to my emails. On 11/2/23 received an email asking for a review of the product I never received.

BIG SCAM....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 dresses. They did arrive almost a month later, but neither one fit. Followed all instructions online for return and never got any response from phone or email multiple attempts. Complained to my credit card company but items still under investigation. Wasted $100.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY ORDER SAID SHIPPED, TRACKING INFO DIDN'T WORK, SAYS DEL'D, NEVER REC'D ANYTHING AND THEY HAVEN'T ANSWERED 20 EMAILS DEMANDING INFORMATION!!

"Zero customer service no way to cancel or correct"

Dress is lovely but my order was accidentally submitted twice. I immediately emailed to try to cancel one, no response. I messaged on whatsapp which is another wat they listed as customer service. No response. I messaged on their website chat. NO RESPONSE.
Both dresses (2 of the same plus shipping on both and all in USD) were shipped 14 hours later and charged to my credit card.
I received both. They're nice, my daughter loves it. But i don't need 2 of the same!!!

"Don’t Risk Losing Your Money"

Got a shipping confirmation shortly after placing my order and was hopeful the item would arrive within a reasonable time. It NEVER arrived. It has now been over a month and the tracking information stopped updating weeks ago. I was so excited to give this dress as a gift and now I’m out $45 and have no product. I’ve never actually had this happen before so I’m extremely disappointed. Customer service has not responded to my last three emails so it appears they will be keeping my money for an item I never got.

"Headband never received and no response from Uporpor"

I ordered the light up unicorn dress with headband. The headband wasn't in the package. I emailed and they asked for a photo, I sent a photo and they never replied after that. Quality wasn't worth what I paid for it either.
