Shipping was excellent. It took just over 2 weeks and I live in a small town in Canada. The dress was beautiful. I will buy from them again.

I spent $100 on a dress, I used the size guide but the dress is too small. When I tried to exchange the dress for the correct size I was told we are in China your delivery charge will be more than the value off the dress. DONT FALL FOR THE CHINA TRAP. Buy local and get better services.

The postage is slow, but you expect that and with the price can't complain.

That's the only negative.

AMAZING dresses. We have 4 of them and each one is an absolute stunner. My daughters wore Elsa and Anna to Disney on Ice and walked around like celebrities - I can't recall how many times I gave out the Uporpor details to Mums keen to get their daughters one of these beautiful dresses.

We have the underskirts so they sit like a ballgown, and the lights are so magical. In the dark you could spot is from a mile away.

I've also had to speak to customer service a couple of times (no problem with the clothes, I forgot something) and they were quick, friendly, and helpful.

Could not recommend this place more, they're fantastic. Thank you.
