Had an issue with the electrics on our recently (1year ago) installed water treatment system. I sent a quick message to the director in the evening ( not expecting a reply till the following days start of business). Not only did I get a reply, but also the promise of an engineer to attend the next day. The engineer sent me a text early the next day with an ETA, which was very precise. He arrived, identified the issue with 20 mins, solved the issue and completed a full service. We were left with a fully functioning system and the site rubbish removed.

I couldn’t have expected a faster or more professional level of customer support.
