Disappointed with lack of check in bag for my first flight - have never experienced this before for out of Europe flights. Also not had an option to add in either. So overall disappointed!

The flight store website is very good but I could not find their 24 hr phone number which would have made things very easy when I made an error. The cost of voiding my ticket was reasonable but perhaps the return of funds could be a bit quicker.
I would rate their overall service as good.
