An excellent, easy to use site. I initially used gotogate.com, but got frustrated with the prove you're not a robot stage and gave up. Omega is much simpler and easier to use, with no bugs. The receipt and itinerary came through quickly. The whole process was finished in minutes. Thank you!

Brilliant service couldn't fault them, was a bit worried as I had seen the odd bad review online but I was buying two tickets to amsterdamn and the were combined nearly £100 cheaper so thought I'd try, and honestly best service I've used literilly just pay and conformation and tickets are sent to email straight away and bam £100 richer. Saved my time and money I couldn't be happier!

"Awful - a total scam"

Awful! Avoid! In all my years of booking flights I have never had an issue except with this company. I have two surnames which I entered correctly as I checked the information several times.

A day later when I received the confirmed booking I noticed that the order of my surnames was changed. So I spent an hour and a half on the phone to customer service to fix this. Only to be told that I would either have to now get an entirely new ticket which was conveniently now 1000 pounds more expensive (in economy - my ticket was already triple the normal cost) or pay Omega 60 pounds and allegedly pay the airline about 200 pounds in cancellation fees.

This is such a scam - I ended up buying a completely new ticket online from a different company which was about 40 per cent less than the price of the new ticket that Omega were trying to sell to me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO WATCHDOG.

I had reason to phone the helpline to get assistance booking additional flights. Very unhelpful. The man who answered could hardly here me and wasn’t particularly interested in what I was trying to do. I eventually made the booking with skyscanner.
