I liked the agent that called and his intentions to provide a chair that completely fitted my needs. However, the style I chose was wrong and was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in.
In exchange, for this very expensive chair, my next choice was more appropriate but still not the most comfortable; I am adjusting to it, though. I do believe that if I had been able to physically visit a showroom and tried out different adjustable chairs, I would not have chosen Adjustamatic.
It was perplexing to discover that I would have been charged £99 for taking away an unwanted chair and not been informed of this cost prior to its removal. I kept the old chair and do appreciate the speedy refund.

Ordered my disabled mother a chair, told by Steve King that it was all tailor made to mums measurements. The chair was serviced cushions changed which caused her pain, requested her tailor made cushions then to be told the chair was standard. 6 months on disabled housebound lady sitting in pain. Try complaining, no help. Thank you Adjustamatic.

From when we arrived at the warehouse to try out the chairs, the customer service given was warm, friendly and not pushy at all. My chair arrived within a month and was put up by the driver of the truck it came in. He showed me how to work it in the space I wanted it in. I love my chair as it’s easier than our sofa to get out of with my hip which is painful at times after having to had to hip replacements in the same hip twice because the first consultant messed it up. I would recommend Adustamatic to anyone
