"Over a week since my purchase"

Over a week since my purchase and my item is nowhere to be seen. Not even a dispatch notice. Contacted the site, still no response.

It’s been a week and I have still not received my order - considering postage advertises 48 hours it’s not really good enough.

If you can't complete the 24 hour delivery then it shouldn't be an option on site. Ordered Friday morning and it's now Wednesday afternoon and no sign of the parcel. Additionally, customer service have been slow and unhelpful. A shame because the products seem good from what I've seen and seem to be letting themselves down.

It's fair to say that I came across these amazing rings in Liberty (London) unfortunately they didn't have my ring size and so after a lot of back and forth, we finally managed to get the right size and EVERYONE has complimented me on the stunning ring, saying how nice it is.

Ordered a necklace more than two weeks ago. Shipping hasn't updated in a week and a half. Necklace is still overseas.
Update: it is now December 13 and I still have not received my necklace that I ordered back in October. Customer service now will not responding to any of my emails. Tracking last updated mid November.
Do not order from this company.
