"Ordered a ring almost 2 weeks ago now…"

Ordered a ring almost 2 weeks ago now which was supposed to arrive in 48 hours. Still hasn’t arrived.

Awful, can only say the items are low quality because they don't exist.

'Guaranteed 24 hour delivery and same day dispatch' bullsh*t.

Took them 9 days to 'dispatch' royal mail still hasn't received the order so as far as I'm concerned it has not been sent at all.

Takes their 'support' 3+ days to reply.

Just don't bother, if you want jewelery buy it somewhere in person as I imagine I'm going to have to take this up with my bank to get my money back.

No sign of delivery that was supposed to take 48 hours and is now delayed by nearly a week. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered for a few days and there is no customer service line to call.

Ordered something on the 24th Nov with 48 hour shipping and it still hasnt arrived (2nd december) - I messaged customer services a few days ago but still have yet to receive a reply. Fantastic!
