Complete lack of customer service. I have emailed 4 times regarding issues with a return, tried to call twice and have no communication with anyone at all!! I’m still waiting to resolve issues with an outstanding return of £260!!

2 rings returned and received back by your company on 22nd Dec. You've failed to respond to 2 emails, an instagram message which I can see has been read and an instagram comment. Whats with keeping hold of my money and not refunding? Shocking customer service.

Delivery was slow and did not come in time despite paying £12 for next day delivery. Within a week of receiving the £80 ring, the gold plating has come off, and the ring is scratched.
