I ordered a ring for my grandsons birthday,it arrived in a reasonable time but unfortunately after one day of wearing it his finger turned blue so l decided to return the ring for a refund.I would like to say just how quick the refund was actioned by a very competent lady called Rosa and I would like to add l would have no hesitation with dealing with this firm again,

Awful customer service. Waiting for a response for over a week now about a refund that was delivered to them on the 24th of January

Serge denimes has by far the worst customer experience I have come across. I placed an exchange weeks ago and have heard nothing from the team, despite my return arriving with them over two weeks ago. I have repeatedly emailed, dm’d and tried to find a phone number but have been IGNORED multiple times. I spent a significant amount of money and so far have nothing to show for it. Disgusting.
