Hello. This website seemed sketchy at first but I still went for it, but after some clunky id showing and all of that, they give what they promise, they reply within an hour if you have a question about something, its just a well made website/company, thanks for being this helpful, I first bought a card here because I wanted to buy some sneakers on dhgate and it worked! They got shipped and are on their way, but then i added more money to buy again from dhgate and now i m having problems, but I m pretty sure it isn’t because to getsby.

"I cannot access my money anymore :/"

My card with more than 100 Dollars left apparently does not get automatically renewed. This means that I cannot access my money anymore. I would now have to manually apply for a renewal using an old-fashined form, pay money(!), and send in my ID. Instead, I asked them to just send the money back to my account that I originally used. But this is also not possible without manually filling out an old-fashined form and sending in my ID. Setting up my card didn't require any of this, so what would they even compare my ID to? All of this leaves me with the feeling that they want to intentionally complicate things so much that they can keep the money in the end.

"Awful"

I can't receive the SMS to activate the card. Tried 3 different numbers from the UK, Vietnam and Indonesia. None worked. Then tried to login. Says my saved password is incorrect! So I tried the password reset. Didn't get the password reset email. Avoid this service like you avoid cancer.

"Awful"

Awful, stay away!!! Will not recognise Irish phone number to get card. Bought card for €50 to get my child school shoes. Cannot log in. Disgusting!! Very annoyed. Sent email through contact us, so don't bother saying you didn't receive it. I have ot screenshot. Reporting you to Trading Standards and Financial Regulator. Shocking!!!!

"Clunky to set up. Smooth afterwards"

Verification process could use some updating. Right now it says it requires a webcam. Being able to also upload pictures would be much better. I got around it by using my Smartphone as a webcam but it wasn't ideal.

It's also a bit odd that it uses two different websites. One for your account and then a separate one for your virtual cards. Could probably be streamlined to only use one website and login.

Other than that I am using it to donate to Kickstarter, which works perfectly fine. Fees seem reasonable and after setting up a new card it's usually ready to go in less than half an hour.

"Tried to buy a virtual credit card via…"

Tried to buy a virtual credit card via onlinebanking payment from my german bank. The money was directly taken from my bank account, however they want you to go trough an absolute st**id verification process which they don't tell you about beforehand.
The verification process requires you to have a webcam and send them your ID using THAT webcam.
I tried to contact them and tell them that i don't have a webcam and send them pictures from my phone instead, which they denied.
what a st*pid company dont buy virtual cc

"Omslachtig"

Het zal misschien aan mij liggen maar ik vind het een omslachtige manier om zaken te regelen. Eerst doe je de starttransactie (geld wordt direct afgeschreven) en daarna volgt er een heel menu wat je doorlopen moet met gezichtsscan, adresgegevens etc. Bij mij duurde het meer dan 12 uur voordat alles akkoord was. Vervolgens wil ik een betaling doen en geeft Getsby aan dat de adresgegevens niet kloppen. Ik heb mijn geld weer teruggeboekt, daarna wordt, zonder dat daar een melding van wordt gedaan je account geblokkeerd. Ik ben nog in afwachting van mijn geld, de 5 euro transactiekosten krijg je sowieso niet terug.
