Quickly got a refund when I couldn't get past the initial verification process (not their fault), they answered my first email within 30 minutes. Wish they could force you to verify account before you can buy your first virtual card.

Dit is echt slechte website ooit. Je kan niet eens normaal inloggen op je account, laat staan dat je het registreren van je kaart waarbij je geen sms bevestiging krijgt. Dit is echt drama.
Ben je van plan om snel een credit card aan te maken, mensen doe het niet, dan kan je 3 dagen wachten.

Ik heb een Black card gekocht bij Getsby. Voor mij werkt het niet. Mijn card kan ik verifiëren dus niet gebruiken. Mijn account status kan niet geverifieerd worden. En ik kan support geen bericht sturen met vragen. Voor dit alles heb je een 8 cijferige token code nodig die ook nooit is opgestuurd.

scam!!!! Kaart betaald maar account wordt niet geaccepteerd. 2 keer contact gezocht maar geen antwoord. Geld is verdwenen. Doe het niet !!!!!

Verhaal kolpt nog steeds niet. Ik heb wel degelijk contact opgenomen. Goed dat het geld uiteindelijk is teruggestort. Alsnog beveel ik het niet aan om klant te worden.

Waardeloos, werkt voor geen meter gezien je enkel foutmeldingen krijgt en er uiteindelijk niets mee kan betalen.
Uiteindelijk is het ook nog erg lastig om je geld terug te krijgen, want ook dat levert enkel foutmeldingen op, laat staan dat je ondertussen reeds voor niets voor de dienst hebt betaald.

Update: thanks for your very useful "education" but you guys were the incredibly dodgy site i already bought a card from a few years ago, and i didn't have to send any information your way those times either. And just for this response of yours, this 1 star review is definitely deserved

Rubbish couldn't even activate my card. Waiting for my refund now 👎. True but you then wanted photo ID passport or driving licence? . Its a credit card bit much don't you think ? . You took the money then asked for this don't take any money until the process is complete? .
Ok then verify before taking the money then . It would be much more acceptable
