I applied online within a few i was approved. The application and process was excellent! I will certainly share my experience with others!

"Not the best so far.."

So far, it hasn’t been the best experience. This is my first time getting approved. Given the holiday on Monday, I was promised an ACH on Tuesday. After calling customer service, I was advised that it would hit my account by the end of business (11 PM CST)!! However, they immediately added the disclaimer that it’s contingent on my bank.

I bank with a credit union and have confirmed that they release funds immediately. Like normal financial institutions, their batching starts early in the morning, and they make funds available right away.

It’s now 1:20 PM EST, and the ACH still hasn’t come through. I am extremely grateful, there wasn’t an extreme need because, this process has not been seamless.

"Not the best experience! "

This probably one of the best ways to rebuild credit, but the company makes it very difficult to do business with them. I paid my initial loan back faithfully for months, and when I ask for an increased loan amount, they act as though they never knew me. Send and resend documents, scouring bank statements for deposits and then challenging deposits that they didn’t like or understand. Deposits not withdrawals.

If I didn’t need them so badly I would’ve told them to go pound sand!
