"Expected there to be a handle & there"

Expected there to be a handle & there wasn’t one. Told to pick it up by using both hands, not as easy with no handle when fridge is full eg taking from check in to hotel room. No offer of returning item.

Delivery was on time, and the cooler was well packaged. The 65L is a good size but I did remove the wine bottle shelf to allow larger beer bottles to stand up. Pleased so far (2 weeks).
