Very disappointed with customer service.
Purchased a mini fridge last June, which was delivered 3/7/23. Yesterday 3/7/24 the fridge decided to stop working!! There is no option to contact subcold via telephone. Used the contact form on their website had no response, so thought I’d send a test email regarding a purchase…low and behold they are keen to take your money and respond to sales queries at 9:44pm but can’t respond when it relates to a faulty product!
Will certainly never purchase from these again and strongly suggest no one else does either. Give your money to a company that are actually available to contact for good or bad reasons
