"Subcold Super 115 LED Beer Fridge too noisy"

We bought the Subcold Super 115 LED Beer Fridge from Subcold.
I would not recommend this fridge to anyone, as it is much noisier than advertised (65dB vs 41dB). The noise it makes is really annoying as well, as it emits a sort of high pitch sound when the compressor is on (similar to having tinnitus). This is despite troubleshooting, unplugging, plugging back, adjusting feet etc. It also iced up in the back despite being on low setting (3). The only redeeming quality of it is that it's decent looking.

Was thinking about returning, but based on the reviews on trustpilot this would be futile, as they will deny that there is an issue with the noise and will blame it on the installation... they don't guarantee a refund if they find on their side that there is no issue.

Also, don't believe the reviews on the subcold website, they only seem to display positive ones. I've submitted this review there as well, but it's yet to appear...

I bought subcold fridge freezer Trek 18 with discount code had it now 4 months I go cycle a lot great cold drinks after are bike ride amazing fridge best thing ever bought also fridge freezer as well

"Solid product"

Solid product. Works well and is efficient. 15L is not much space so should keep that in mind, but anything I put in it does'nt take long to chill. The fan also takes some getting used to, maybe don't keep it near the bed, but I can sleep with it on. As an office fridge it's possibly perfect.

"15 litre chiller"

15 litre chiller. Had these before, they are very quiet and run quite cold. They do however only seem to last about 2 to 3 years before breaking down but they are not too pricey. One design feature that would be good is to have non slip feet, I always stick 4 rubber pads on the base.

Really pleased with the wine cooler. The order process was easy and the next day delivery worked well.

Damaged on arrival, poor quality design, poor warranty duration.
Less than 2 years on and failed unit with a 1 year warranty.

Condensate water leaks all over the place, no design for condensate reject. Ice build up clumped in the centre of unit. Poor cooling temperature, dictated by the ambient temperature.

Company gave a small discount for delivery damage. Absolutely would not recommend any products!

Very happy with both service and fridge my only gripe is with DPD delivery driver who refused to lift it up one flight of stairs even though we are Both pensioners.

The fridge arrived door was smashed rang up wouldn't give me a replacement fridge Im having to send it back wait for refund then buy it again was wanting it for a party on Daves day
