I ordered an item that got damaged in transit. I sent an email with pictures of the damage and Maria replied almost immediately, apologised and arranged a replacement that arrived the next day. Brilliant service that I cannot fault. First class company!

I am delighted to have found this company. I emailed for further info on a car fridge on Sunday. Got a reply Monday. I decided to buy as I was delighted with first time buyer discount. I had problems with the code. Then I got another notice saying 10% off for signing up to the newsletter, the customer service was excellent. and gave me the code in email. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived yesterday. I let it settle and plugged in this morning and do far it's very efficient.
Off for a few days and I will see how good it is on battery and solar power.

But such Good Customer service is a rarity these days and I gave a five star purely on that.

I have a years warrenty on the fridge so that gives me peace of mind.
