It’s 11 days since my fridge was delivered. Sadly, just not to me!
Subcold have responded on messenger to say I’ll get a refund when DPD deliver it back to them and in the meantime I wait…..

"A fab looking fridge, and great service"

I was looking for a fridge that will look good in my new office and I found it.

The ordering process was super smooth and I received my new little 15L Subcold fridge the next day....at a weekend as well.

I haven't used it properly yet but it's plugged in and looking fantastic. Great build quality and it looks fantastic. So different to a block sat on the worktop.

Fantastic product, very quiet. Keeps our bottles well chilled. Fit’s plenty in and came with a wine rack to hold 5 bottles of wine. Would definitely recommend, also fast delivery ( came the next day) and we were given a very accurate delivery slot. Free delivery also.

"I purchased a drinks fridge and waited…"

I purchased a drinks fridge and waited 3-4 weeks before I received it. Once it arrived it had a bent door hinge. I contacted them immediately and they then asked for my order number and I responded accordingly. They then asked for photos of the hinge, serial number off the fridge, packaging pics and pictures of the delivery label (why I don’t know as they had my order number and that knew who they used to deliver it). I did this and they said they would send a new hinge and I am still waiting (2 weeks and 3 emails later)

Excellent service item was received within. 24 hours as promised and without any postal charges. Took it away with us so that my husband could store his insulin in it and I could keep my cans of diet coke cold, transferring the power between car and hotel room. Was admired by hotel staff.
