Really good customer support. I bought my Office in 2022 and it seems recent updates by Microsoft over wrote it & I could no longer save any of my documents. I raised a request with Turnkey, not sure if they would still support, and they came back super quick with detailed instructions on how I could get my Office back working - which I did!. Super helpful, completely recommend.

I encountered a problem whilst attempting to make my purchase and despite my bank saying the payment had been processed, the website said my order could not be processed because of VPN conflicts. As I was not using a VPN, I emailed the company and received a response within a few minutes. The company apologised for the confusion and asked me to resubmit my order, which then went through smoothly. The subsequent receipt of the licence code and download process was a very simple exercise.

I had an issue with my personal PC's windows activation, so thought I needed to but a licence. I did so with Turnkey and there support helped point out the issues with my activation (Not a problem with my initial key) and refunded my purchase because I didn't need it. If only all companies were like this. Defo use these again.

I had problems installing Office 2019 Professional Plus because the orignal version would not uninstall. The chat window assigned a support person immediately who was patient and over a one hour interval, during which I had reboot the computer, came back and patiently helped with the installation, including sending a new product key after my first activation didn't work (probably because he first installation was not successful). It finally worked and could not have worked without his help. Now all is good and the price was fantastic.

They also helped me resolve my issue even though it was caused through my lack of understanding and they helped me in a very courteous manner.
