I received my product key immediately after purchase. I downloaded office 2019 and had a problem with the key. I contacted Turnkey via email and received a response within 5 minutes. I was given a new Product Key after troubleshooting with customer service and problem was resolved.

Good experience with a unfortunate problem. The 1st product code I received did not work. Granted, it could have been a mistake I made installing the MS Office product. But Customer Service patiently walked me through the problem. When it was apparent that it wouldn't work they sent be a replacement code after verifying that I hadn't activated the original. I purchased an Office suite. When I tried to install a message came up stating that the product key had reached it's limit. I used the contact us web chat and William Cid responded.

He was able to know what the problem was and therefore provided me with another product key. It worked immediately at installation. I give a thumbs up to Turnkey Point and especially William. Very patient person.

I purchased a download of Office 2013, and a product key. Both were provided immediately. When I performed the installation, the software would not activate using the provided key as it had reached it's limit of uses. I contacted Turnkey Point support via chat, and William Cid tested the key, and determined that it was, if fact, at it's limit. He immediately provided me with a replacement key, and after I removed and reinstalled Office 2013 wit the new key, it works perfectly. Service could not have been better!
