I ordered a Win 8.1 license for a 10 year old HP that had disk crashed. The product key came immediately via e-mail. Also instructions on downloading the Win8.1 media. These instruction included a "Chat" icon which I used 3 times during the install process. I got the same tech each time (good for both of us) and we worked through some pretty thorny problems related to the 11 year old architecture of my PC. Bottom line: as stress free as I could expect and my wife now has a functional computer once again.

I've been hunting around looking to purchase Microsoft Office for Mac as a one off purchase for a 1 year course I was doing (and couldn't justify £119.99 from Microsoft to buy it, even as an adult student). As an ex Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer who so often comes across appalling IT customer service on the Internet both in terms of knowledge and how to support, it was a delight especially after being very suspicious and quite vary of buying lower priced MS software, to find a company such as Turnkey Point that actually offers what it purports to do on it's website. Even though once teaching most of MS Office and server systems over the years, still was using MS Office 2010 and being retired for 10 years simply just wanted Word and Outlook that was up to date, worked and not have to pay for applications I would never use now - so I chose MS Office 2021. Instructions and process to received and activate I thought (having written commercially for Microsoft Training Labs) was very good but an issue of the key not being recognize did at first make me think "Oh no, not again" but the support person via their CHAT system, who I got through pretty much instantly and very unlike me to say publicly, I was very impressed with their high level of knowledge, speed, obvious intelligence and considering now a doddery old fart was very patient and sorted the issue out for me. I have as best I can, done a quick check and found that all the software (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc) which I expect I will never use, run fine. In my opinion 2021 is much smoother, faster and a far better user experience than the versions in my time. Thus, I am quite happy to recommend Turnkey Point as a company to purchase much reduced costing Microsoft software that actually works.
