I made a purchase of Office for a Mac thinking it would work on a Chrome Book. I was informed that it would not work? Even though it was my mistake Turnkey still gave me a refund!!!! What great customer service was given to me and I have the feeling they would do it for anyone. They are the only Software Company I will use in the future. Period

I purchased licenses through Turnkey Point a year or two back. When 5 of the macOS machines using those licenses needed to be completely re-formatted and reinstalled, Turnkey Point's tech support were able to help me access the license keys again. Their turnaround on the initial query was impressively fast, so I wasn't held up in getting offending machines back into service with their users.

This company has a niche market - selling in the secondary market the top line Microsoft and other corporate IT business software. The products are latest versions, and very cheap, to the point one can say, "is it true?" Here is how I can convince you that they are the best in their line of work. Their email response to customer inquiries is top notch and they prefer you email them your inquiry since they work out of Spain. Second, you can buy with the safety of using PayPal or GPay - meaning you don't need to expose your credit card, and if you have problems receiving the product, PayPal or Google will intervene on your behalf. But that point is mute because they are fantastic!! Their prices are low, their customer service is 6-star quality, their instruction for software download are excellent, and finally your payment goes through a "protective filter". I have used them more than once and they astound me with the advice they gave me. Oh, yes, they answer technical questions as well.

I first found Turnkey Point back in March when I was looking for an economical way to upgrade MS Office from 2007 to something newer. I was a bit skeptical at first; seemed too good to be true. I opted for 2016 and couldn't be happier. The instruction and support provided was top notch. Then my laptop went buggy after a Windows update and I had to re-install Win10 and start from scratch. I contacted Turnkey Point, explained my situation, and they guided me through the steps to re-install my Office 2016 purchase. Angain, instructions and support was top notch. I was initially put off because it was a sponsored ad when I searched for keys to buy. Then, reading 0 reviews under the product made me a bit skeptical about its legitimacy. However, after reading multiple reviews of company and their good professionalism, I decided to buy it. In the end, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the company overall.
