I'll only give it a one star because it wouldn't let me pick no stars. My parents attempted to cancel their contract over 2 years ago after selling their home We have called multiple times and did everything they asked of us such as providing a letter stating we wish to cancel it satisfied the contract agreement monetarily And they continue to take money out of the account monthly every time we talk to them they tell us to send another letter and to pay the remaining balance this has continued over and over again every time you call there is no supervisor or manager Over the person on the phone that can do anything They always take your information and says someone will call you whenever they get the chance do not fall for this alarm company. This is like a timeshare that you can't get out of.

"Sam O gave best explanation of tasks & system!"

Our internet service got updated. After that we had trouble reconnecting our Fluent system to our internet. We wanted a service person to come to our house and help us. Sam O from Fluent arrived and he was able to make the correct connection. In addition, he replaced our lithium batteries that were old and swelling. We asked him to return later in the week to put in a new doorbell cam and a driveway cam. Sam O explained what he was doing at every step of the process. He was courteous and efficient. We appreciate his work and can recommend him as a Fluent service person.

"Weekend technical service"

I originally signed a five year contract with Fluent.
Sometime during this period you must have sold the contract to API. I am supposed to be billed monthly. I am not on a contract at this time but pay 42.00 dollars monthly for this system. I did not receive any billing for three months so I was not paying for service. I got a phone call saying you were passing my account on to a collection agency. Your screw up. Tonight I have a problem with my system as it keeps alarming. I thing it is the carbon monoxide alarm as it is flashing yellow. It is giving a annoying beep and causing the panel to alarm. I tried calling API by fluent in Toronto. Got a recording saying the office was closed. This is Friday night nobody in until Monday. Message to call the monitoring station. Explained my problem. Girl said to call a number. I got the same electronic secretary, same message. Called a second time different girl at monitoring station ,repeat of the same . Called a third time and got different person, This time I asked if anybody was on call for technical support for after hours and weekends. She said no there is not. Lousy service. I will be taking my monitoring service else where

Matt was very understanding about my concerns as well as Aaron and Sean.
First, Aaron assured me about my safety should a situation arise.
Aaron and Sean would try to work around my schedule which was very difficult for me

Matt arrived early and was also understanding explaining every detail of the process, teaching me how to work the system. I feel very confident with Fluent, knowing the company is in my best interest.

"Our flood sensor has a low battery"

Our flood sensor has a low battery. We did not know how to open it. I phoned Fluent and the gentleman who answered the phone told me to pry it apart. We tried this and it did not work. I phoned back and this time spoke to CJ. She was very helpful. She told us about the screws underneath the sensor that have to be removed. She sent us the picture of the battery that we needed. She did not get off the phone until we had the sensor apart and knew exactly what needed to be done. We greatly appreciated that. If we had listened to the first fellow we talked to, we would have broken the device. Thank you CJ.
